Project Process

01. Site Consultation

Free consultation to discuss your backyard project.

02. Preliminary Design

Based on your initial consultation, you will receive a conceptual plan for your backyard project. It’ll help you better understand how space will look and feel. At this point, each plan will be provided with a priced contract, whereby all materials and labour included in the contract are clearly labelled and priced.

03. Building Permits & Material Coordination

After finalizing the design and contract, all documents for obtaining a permit will be prepared and submitted. GMM DECKS works with different kinds of materials and will provide you with samples to help narrow down your options within budget.

04. Construction

At this stage, all information gathered and prepared for construction to make sure everything will run smoothly and efficiently.
